SIDENCO incorporates SIDENCO Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 407396-H) and SIDENCO Dagang Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 607830 - X).  Both incorporated under Malaysia Company Act 1965 and registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). SIDENCO established in 1996.

Sidenco Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd is the core company specializing in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical piping, storage tank and fibre optic network services both as Contractor and Consultant.  While its sister company, Sidenco Dagang Sdn Bhd is producing and wholesaling corporate souvenir products.
