PRICE

 

Price of the products depend on the quantity ordered and quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), packing is included. We will inform you if there is change of prices while your order is in progress and you be able to accept or refuse any change.

 

If a refund has to be made due to the change of price which you are not in agreement with, we will make a full refund of the amount in question less any bank charges levied by the bank to transfer the money back to you.

 

 

ORDER PROCEDURE

 

Send us your inquiry by email to dagang@sidenco.com (with the code, description of the product, color and quantities), then we will furnish you with the price. We will send you the invoice upon confirmation of the order.

 

You may download our Enquiry Form and either email or fax the Enquiry.

 

We need your contact details i.e. Name (Personnel or Company), Contact Person, Phone No., Mobile No., Fax No. and/ or Email Address for every Enquiry.

PAYMENT

 

We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank. We request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the invoice prior to beginning production of the order, and the rest of 50% when the goods are ready to ship.  Please contact us for the bank information.

 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 

When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.

 

 

PRODUCTION PERIOD

 

All the products are hand-made and the dimensions are approximate. Production times can vary and no standard lead-time can be guaranteed. We can give you an approximate time when you order.  The estimated lead-time for your order is dependent upon the following :

  • size of quantity

  • type of products

  • the detailed design and complicated parts of your order

  • the viability of your chosen products in our stock

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Everything is possible.  Please contact us for more personal requests.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Our price of the products are excluded shipping and handling charges.  Shipment could be arrange through air or sea freight cargo, even by courier services (DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.).

 

You can choose your own shipping company to handle your shipment or we can arrange the shipment on your behalf.  We may request that shipping costs be forwarded directly to the shipping company which handles your shipment or to the local handling agent.
