BRUSH FOAM PIGS

Wire brush foam pigs are primarily used for cleaning lines with buildup or debris in new construction and routine maintenance. Models are available in 2, 5 and 8 pound per cubic foot density. The pig is constructed from an open-cell polyurethane foam with a durable polyurethane elastomer coating in criss-cross pattern, and equipped with wire brush straps.

GHS HARD SCALE PIG

The GHS Hard Scale pig is constructed of 8 pound per cubic foot density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in criss-cross pattern, and equipped with heavy-gauge wire brush straps. The pig is used for the heaviest types of cleaning applications, such as fly ash, encrusted salt crystals, and solidified sulfur. Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.

HW HEAVY-DENSITY WIRE BRUSH PIGS

Heavy-density wire brush pigs are constructed of 8 pound per cubic foot density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in criss-cross pattern, and equipped with wire brush straps. They are used for heavy cleaning applications for buildup removal. Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.

LW LIGHT-DENSITY WIRE BRUSH

Light-density wire brush pigs are constructed of 2 pound per cubic foot density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in criss-cross pattern, and equipped with wire brush straps. They are used for light cleaning applications for buildup removal, and where low volumes and pressures are present. Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.

MW MEDIUM-DENSITY WIRE BRUSH

Medium-density wire brush pigs are constructed of 5 pound per cubic foot density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer in criss-cross pattern, and equipped with wire brush straps. They are used for medium cleaning applications for buildup removal. Options and other configurations include double-dish, double-nose, pulling rope or cable, transmitter or pinger cavity, jetting bypass ports, magnets, customized diameters and lengths for special pigging applications.

TW TOTAL-WIRE WIRE BRUSH

Total-wire wire brush pigs are constructed of 8 pound per cubic foot density foam, coated with polyurethane elastomer, and equipped with total coverage in wire brush straps. They are used for maximum cleaning applications for buildup removal.
